Afrobeats queen, Tiwa Savage, has opened up about her personal life and future family plans, revealing her strong desire to expand her family.
In a candid conversation with US podcaster Joe Budden, the award-winning singer disclosed that she has stopped freezing her eggs and is now actively considering having more children.
The “Somebody’s Son” crooner, who is already a proud mother, explained that she longs for baby boys and had previously undergone egg freezing to secure her chances of conceiving later in life.
“I want more children, boys. I have actually done egg freezing. I am just preparing. Like I said, I am not young. I am thinking about my age and want to get my eggs while they are still very healthy,” Tiwa revealed.
Tiwa Savage’s journey in music began as a backup vocalist for global legends like George Michael and Mary J. Blige before she returned to Nigeria to pursue her solo career. She rose to stardom in the early 2010s with smash hits such as Kele Kele Love and Eminado, solidifying her place as one of Afrobeats’ most influential female artists.
Beyond her chart-topping music, Tiwa has always been open about her life as a single mother, and her latest revelation has sparked supportive reactions from fans worldwide.
