Reports indicate the incident started in the early afternoon, with smoke visible from surrounding areas like Breadfruit Street, and staff were seen evacuating, including some jumping from upper floors to escape. Fire services are on the scene, but no casualties have been confirmed yet, and the cause remains under investigation. Videos circulating on social media show thick smoke billowing from the building and ongoing rescue efforts.
