The Nigeria Police Force (NPF) has dismissed reports suggesting that Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has been declared wanted.

In a statement posted on its official X handle, the Force described the so-called “wanted notice” as false, misleading, and not issued by the Police.

The poster, which had the inscription “SPECIAL POLICE WANTED” alongside the actress’s photograph, went viral on social media between Tuesday and Wednesday, drawing widespread reactions.

However, the Police urged Nigerians to ignore the information.
